This policy explains how cancellations, changes, and refunds work for orders placed with Adyita Innovations. Because we prepare food fresh and many orders are bulk/perishable, requests are handled based on how close we are to preparation and delivery time.

How to request a cancellation or change

Cancellation window

• Before preparation starts: cancellations and changes are generally possible.
• After preparation starts: cancellations may not be possible, and refunds may be limited or not available due to perishable nature of food.

If you need a strict cutoff for an event (e.g., wedding/festival timing), please confirm your cancellation/change deadline with us at the time of ordering.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the scenario below:

• Order cancelled in time: eligible for refund (full or partial) based on work already completed and payment fees, if any.
• Payment deducted but order not confirmed: eligible for full refund (after verification).
• Service failure (e.g., we could not deliver/fulfil due to our fault): eligible for refund (full or partial) based on what was delivered, if any.
• Customer not available / wrong address / unreachable: refunds may not be available; re-delivery may involve additional charges (subject to feasibility).

Quality concerns

If you have a quality issue, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery/pickup with your order ID and photos where possible. We will review and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, partial refund, or other resolution.

Refund method and timeline

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.
• Processing time typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider/bank.
